Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

ESH Beauty will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Courier unable to contact customer

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.


Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
