At Esh Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality beauty products that meet your expectations. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

We do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 2-3 days of the delivery date

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To request a return, please email us at ishbeauty20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products returned after 2-3 days from delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
